You will learn to access and launch the application from the energy section of the IHS web site. A brief overview of the opening page is provided. The functionality of each of the hyperlinked report and search pages is described. The last module reviews creating, accessing and editing the Personalized Report Generator.

Module 1-Introduction and Overview begins by accessing the IHS web site and logging in to myihsenergy. The International Oil Letter (IOL) application is launched. A brief overview of the opening report page is provided and the various hyperlinked sections of the screen are described and reviewed.

Module 2-Report and Search Links covers the functionality of each of the hyperlinked report and download topics located at the top of the page. You will learn to open and compile documents as well as download files that can be printed or saved. You will also learn to search for documents utilizing text entries, checkbox options and drop down list options by region, country and editorial product.

Module 3-Personalized Report Generator (PRG) opens by accessing the Personalized Report Generator home page. Next a Personalized Report template is created, utilizing different subject and location criteria, as well as selecting email options. We will also cover retrieving a report, compiling, saving and printing a report, editing report content and deleting a saved report.
