AccuMap® Getting Started

Intended Audience
IHS customers who are new to AccuMap, trialing companies, customers who are new to the oil and gas industry, those who would like to pace their learning before continuing with other AccuMap courses.

Description
Designed for AccuMap users who are new to our software and who require an overview of AccuMap. You’ll learn how to take advantage of our AccuMap software, the most trusted source of detailed subsurface information.

This course will enable you to create maps, turn on Map Features, save and print maps.

Course topics include:

• Make and work with directories to organize maps 
• Create, save, navigate, and customize detail maps 
• Define print area, print preview and print setup of maps 
• Preview of AccuMap tools and functions that will be covered in other classes
• Use the Online Help, Release Notes and Quick Start guide as reference materials
