PetraSeis is designed to be a “plug-in” to PETRA. In order to download a free trial of PetraSeis, you must have a fully licensed version or a full evaluation version of PETRA. PetraSeis Trial Software Installation Instructions

1. Create a temporary sub directory on your hard disk (i.e. c:\temp\geofile ).
2. Download the installation program (PSVer2.exe) and store it in the temporary sub directory from the previous step
3. Run PSVer2.exe, and follow the installation instructions. We recommend taking the defaults in each step. To enable this version, install the software into the same directory on your computer where PETRA is installed (usually c:\geoplus1).
4. To Run PetraSeis
• Create or open a project in PETRA,
• Start the PetraSeis program from PETRA (“Tools > PetraSeis” or by using the PetraSeis Speed Button). 
• The PetraSeis application will determine whether it in unlock mode.  If not, it will compute and display two numbers unique to your PC.
• Write the two numbers down and request an unlock code.
5. After verifying the program was loaded successfully, you may delete the PSVer2.exe in the temporary sub directory.
