Ortho Imagery from Valtus is high-resolution photos ranging from 20 inch (0.5 meter) to 40 inch (1 meter) resolution. They are true color ortho-rectified images that offer a detailed topographic understanding of any area of interest. Unlike other imagery providers, Valtus directly serves the needs of the oil and gas industry by acquiring imagery in remote areas and continually expanding its coverage based on drilling activity. Users gain insights into play development, health and safety requirements and infrastructure issues.
Access to this detailed information allows users to see pipeline right-of-ways, facility boundaries, roads, lakes and streams and more. Images are scalable (to a uniform scale for consistency across the country) so you can accurately measure and print nearly any size map.
