U.S. Federal Offshore Lease Database

The digital Federal Offshore Lease Database is based on two annual lease sales conducted by the Minerals Management Service (MMS). Updates are based on results from the lease sales and other changes in lease holdings. This GIS database consists of ArcInfo shape files and requires ESRI's ArcInfo™, ESRI's ArcView™, or any other shape file compatible software in order to map the data.
