Welcome to QUE$TOR™ License Updates

QUE$TOR version 9.0 will be released in November 2005. Part of this release will include updating of licenses to allow QUE$TOR 9.0 to run. In order to ensure accurate updating we would like you to complete this questionnaire which will provide us with the information to send you the correct license update. If you use a network please notify your license manager to contact us.

There are three parts:

1. Run the dongle checking utility
2. Fill in the information requested on the form
3. Send the form to IHS

1. To run the dongle checking utility follow these instructions

• Download the utility SProChk.zip
• Unzip SproChk.zip and save the two files SProChk.bat and SProChk.exe to a directory on your machine
• Plug all security keys (dongles) in your possession into your machine
• Run the SProChk.bat files by double clicking on it in Windows Explorer
• This will generate a SProChk.txt file in the same directory
• You will then need to copy the contents of the file onto the form

2. The form is available in a WORD VERSION which can be emailed along with the SProChk.txt file.

3. The form can be emailed or faxed.
