In the PEPS Summary Analysis module, summary reports are provided of E&P fiscal and contractual terms for over 190 countries in a standardized format.
The profiles provide you with sufficient information to identify governing legislation, the licensing authority and national oil company, the type of contract, state participation provisions, licence terms during exploration and production (including duration and relinquishment provisions and exploration obligations), fees, bonuses and rental payable, and fiscal terms.
The information provided covers current and past terms available for exploration, exploitation of existing discoveries and redevelopment of existing fields.
