Fiscal Overview provides an at-a-glance view of the main fiscal terms in more than 240 regimes included in the Fiscal Analysis module of PEPS. The information is presented in tabular form and includes an abbreviated description of the major fiscal terms of each regime under the following headings: Contract Type; Bonuses & Other Payments; State Participation; Royalty; Cost Recovery / Tax Depreciation; Cost Recovery Ceiling; Contractor’s Profit Share; Income Tax Rate; Additional Taxes.
Fiscal Overview allows a quick comparison of the main features of petroleum fiscal regimes while our Summary and Detailed Analysis services provide more detailed information and in-depth analysis.
