With an easily accessible and ever increasing library of laws, the PEPS Laws & Contracts module contains a collection of over 1,700 digitized texts of laws, regulations and contracts on which our analysis of E&P fiscal and contractual terms is based. These are linked electronically to the detailed analysis reports. The collection includes petroleum laws and regulations; bidding documents; income tax and petroleum tax laws; model contracts and licences; foreign investment and other commercial laws.
The PEPS fiscal and commercial library is estimated to contain in excess of 5,500 individual documents, which also include a collection of confidential actual signed contracts.
Most documents are in English, with official translations used wherever available. The collection is constantly being added to and also includes foreign language texts where appropriate and available.
