IHS Field, Pool and Unit Boundaries Data

A realistic measure of your upside right from the start

The IHS Field Boundaries, Pool Boundaries and Unit Boundaries datasets help you identify and compare potential opportunities in seconds, enabling you to make more efficient A&D decisions. Get the most accurate, complete and timely information about each pool in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

Field Boundaries contains field information and outlines for three of the four Western Canadian provinces. Saskatchewan is not included as the Saskatchewan government does not have fields within its data. The IHS Field Boundaries Data comes with latitudes/longitudes that can be used to map the outlines of the field entities.

Pool and Unit Boundaries contain pool and unit information for the four Western Canadian provinces. They are both integrated with IHS well and reserves information to provide a complete view of data. This data is captured from both manual and digital sources and is updated monthly.
