Query, map, browse and report IHS and proprietary data from a single vantage point

Enerdeq Desktop is part of Enerdeq, the next generation data access and delivery mechanism, directly connecting you to the best source of global energy data and information.

Enerdeq Desktop is designed to improve business results with access to integrated public and proprietary oil and gas data. Delivering increased functionality in an easy-to-use, open Windows-based environment, Enerdeq Desktop can be deployed as a stand-alone package or on your network.

Who uses Enerdeq Desktop?

  • Engineers
  • Investors
  • Marketers
  • Geologists and many others

How is it typically used?

  • Production analysis
  • Competitor evaluations
  • Pipeline planning
  • Exploration
  • Mergers & acquisitions

With its easy-to-use interface and flexible workflow Enerdeq Desktop allows users to:

  • Integrate proprietary data including SDE and shapefiles with fields, pipelines, power plant locations, capacities and other Gas & Power and E&P data available from IHS so that it can be mapped, analyzed and sorted in ways that provide confidence that all possible variables are taken into account when making decisions.
  • Improve workflow by providing E&P and energy infrastructure data in an area-of-interest with a single click from the map or an easy-to-export query, saving time and freeing personnel to focus on other mission-critical work.
  • Increase productivity of gas and power analysts by giving them immediate access to the latest oil and gas transportation, processing and primary market infrastructure data and flexible graphing tools needed for specialized analysis.
  • Conduct competitor analysis by mapping proprietary and competitor pipeline routing in your area of interest by combining IHS public pipeline data with your proprietary information.
  • Perform production analysis using graphs to summarize and visualize your production utilizing one of three configurations (single, sum, and group) without exporting information to another application.
  • Query, select and export key well and production data to other engineering applications to perform quick economic analysis.
  • Use Enerdeq Direct Connect to query, select and export well and production data for more detailed analysis in PETRA®. Import IHS log data directly into PETRA to further enhance your interpretation.

Transform data into information for a truly competitive advantage.
