EDIN is a Web-based query and reporting tool that accesses IHS's international E&P and midstream data. Users can work on the same up-to-date data, wherever they are located.

EDIN provides two choices of data access.
Data can be installed on your server and accessed through your intranet.
Requirements:
- Worldwide or regional subscription to international E&P data
- Oracle Web application, server or intranet application server
Data is accessed via the Internet to IHS's Hosting Center.
Advantages:
- E&P database is updated weekly by IHS with 24/7 system monitoring to ensure availability.
