Drilling Wire on the Web is delivered with IHS Lat/Longs. With our lat/longs, IHS offers wells spots tied to a land grid, providing
the data needed to place wells in a visual context. As a foundation for the grid, IHS used the land grid from WhiteStar Corporation, a leading provider of cartographic data to the oil and gas industry,
and enhanced the grid by adding additional map layers and reconciling the grid with location data in the IHS well files.
