Software Patch for AccuMap 18.03 - Crashing on Printing for DST’s  

An issue has been identified with AccuMap 18.03, where by the program terminates when users try and print maps with DST’s from show map.

Applying the patch will fix this issue.

The Patch is for AccuMap Version 18.03




Please follow the instructions on how to download and apply the data patch.

Click here for the file, choose save.

Follow the next steps based on the installation type you have

If you have a Standard Installation:

  1. Ensure all users are out of AccuMap 
  2. Save the file to the root Accumap folder, and overwrite the existing file.
  3. Have users restart AccuMap to view the changes.

If you have a Parallel Installation:

  1. Ensure all users are out of AccuMap v18.03 (Change the current version pointer back to v18.02 so users may log back into AccuMap)
  2. Save the file to the v18.03 folder and overwrite the existing file
  3. Change the current version pointer back to v18.03
  4. Have users restart AccuMap to view the changes.
