Digital Logs

With over 3.5 million curves (not counting repeat sections), IHS offers access to the largest historical digital well log file in Western Canada. We have managed this file for over 25 years.

Our services include proprietary log management, digitizing and tape processing. We maintain our digital file through digitizing company and government submissions. Our digital log file grows on a daily basis. This information can be accessed through AccuX™, GeoSyn™, and Axxses® software products.

We provide accurate conversion from analog to digital. We are able to use our raster well log database (original documents sourced from government agencies) as our primary feedstock. Our team ensures that the digitized data accurately reproduces the original well site measurement.
