GeoPark Holdings Ltd apparently successful at second exploration well - Chile

A Magallanes Basin wildcat drilled in 2007 by GeoPark Holdings Ltd has reportedly found 14 Bcfg and 117 Mbo in recoverable reserves. Test results have yet to be released for the Pampa X-1 new field wildcat, which was drilled to a total depth of about 3,100m in the southern part of the Fell Block, approximately 400m north of the mapped boundary for the Santiago Norte field and therefore maybe an extension of that field. Earlier in 2007, GeoPark completed the San Miguel 1 new field wildcat flowing 3 MMcfg/d, with about 65 bc/d and 35 bw/d
